Race: Ogdon 5 K (3.1 Miles) 00:38:00
Total Distance
3.10

First of all for those that have askedme,  yes I am still running a little I have not had time to log to much seems like life is to busy  We are getting ready to expand my family childcare and get our home back, also my children all have there own activities, I am lucky to even get to run so when I, do usually I don't have time to log, For the race.

I ran the 5K at the first mile 11:54, 2nd mile 12:36 finishing with 12:10 This was a nice race  Kory ran the Whole Marathon both Dallyce(25:04)and Grace (38:11) ran the 5K And Vance age 3 ran the kids K so we all ran and had a great time and finishing with the the Fun Dinousaour Park the kids had a blast and we had a great time the volenteers  were great. I would run this again. Although I had heard that one of the St. George running team members had told a couple of walkers to move and called them a loser for all you Marathon runners who think you are better than anyone else, you are wrong, I run the  5K and to me it is very challenging just like those of you who run long runs My mother in law walks the 5k and to her it is also very challenging hands up to those long runners that encourage us short runners, walkers to continue to strive to our best.

Way to get out and run. Yep - your race is as good as anyones whether a 5K or marathon. Just keep going after your own race and dreams
