Ran 4 mile race.

A few of 3 mile races.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To lose a few pounds and run close to what my oldest daughter runs or at least close to her maybe in at least eye distance.

To run 5 miles without dying..

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just try to stay healthy.

To finish a 10k run

I am married for 13 years to my wonderful husband and best friend, Kory Wheatley another crazy runner on the blog as well. I have three wonderful children Ages 12, 9, and 4 I am a childcare professional. I have the best job in the world.

Well been working hard at army fitness class been doing it now for about 4 weeks and have lost 7lbs way excited nice to be doing something ran/ walked barts field today nice weather not to cold.. I think I must have forgotten how much I do enjoy running outside..
