Tonight I ran 2 miles at a 12:22 pace with Kory Thanks again honey.. also my 3 year old and 8 yr old wanted to run when I got back home Vance age 3 ran with me for .08 of a mile and my 8 yr old ran .16 mile and then more with Kory check out Kory's blog to find out how well they ran with daddy. Tonight the run felt easy it was nice, but also very slick because of the ice.

Okay I decided after dinner to run to the store that Kory wanted us to go to so I ran another 1.17 miles at a 11.52 pace just because it felt so good. And then I was so close to 1 mile I just had to finish it.

Great run and way to involve the whole family in getting in some exercise!

I agree with Michelle, not only good for you, excellent example to your kids! Way to keep going and get more miles in.

What a good mom to let the kids run with you! Good job finishing the last mile!
