Tonight I ran in the snow for the first time ever at 15 degrees, Kory was surprised I wanted to still run and not on the treadmill ,  3.21 mile at a 13.16 pace Kory ran with me and paced me very well .I am not sure I would have gone as far by myself in the cold or the area I went over I probably would have ran around my neighborhood instead and kept it shorter about 2 miles.

First snowy run! Congratulations. You'll probably be surprised to see that I am opting for the treadmill tonight because it's too cold outside: only 50 degrees. Brrrr.

Keep up the great work!

Lybi you are great...we can only dream of anything above FREEZING here in Provo. Great job Michelle. I think you will be meeting your goals very soon.
