Ran 4 mile race.

A few of 3 mile races.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To lose a few pounds and run close to what my oldest daughter runs or at least close to her maybe in at least eye distance.

To run 5 miles without dying..

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just try to stay healthy.

To finish a 10k run

I am married for 13 years to my wonderful husband and best friend, Kory Wheatley another crazy runner on the blog as well. I have three wonderful children Ages 12, 9, and 4 I am a childcare professional. I have the best job in the world.

Okay so today I ran 2 miles at a11:42 pace I will try to do what Sasha suggested but I am not sure if I can, something to try running 6 days a week I don't know?  Today was snowing kinda of raining with a small wind It was a nice run and I enjoyed looking at all the snow in the mountains around us they sure look pretty.

Six days a week almost seems easier to me than five. That extra day off usually gets me out of the rhythm. Of course, I had three days off this week, but I was sick, so I forgive myself. Nice run today!
