Ran 4 mile race.

A few of 3 mile races.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To lose a few pounds and run close to what my oldest daughter runs or at least close to her maybe in at least eye distance.

To run 5 miles without dying..

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just try to stay healthy.

To finish a 10k run

Personal:

I am married for 13 years to my wonderful husband and best friend, Kory Wheatley another crazy runner on the blog as well. I have three wonderful children Ages 12, 9, and 4 I am a childcare professional. I have the best job in the world.

Today I ran 3.24 miles at a 12.24 pace I started out not knowing where I was going just running but I new I wanted to go over 2 miles tonight as I was running I decided to run to my childrens school I called Kory and had him pick me up I now have a new goal I want to beable to run 5 miles the most I have ran is 4 but that is almost a year ago. It will take time but thats okay.
