Today I wasn't sure I was going to have time to run but I needed to go to the bank so I decided to run to the bank and  knew that  tonight was going to be to busy,  my daughter has a piano recital so tonight wouldn't be an option for running, I ran 2 miles at a 11:48 pace. It was a great run I felt good a little hard getting going after going into the bank but once I did it was great coming home.

Way to go! It's always a great feeling once the run is over! Have a great weekend.

Any snow up there? We have about 6 inches here in SLC.

Positive benefitsof running getting two things done at once! Mothers are always multitasking and you are taking it to a new level!!! Good job getting out on a busy day!
