Well I managed to pull the dreadmill off tonight  It has been a very busy day and evening but God is always good to us. I learned tonight that I must have worked my legs and my abs pretty good last night because it hurt to run sore muscles I guess thats good at least thats what they say, anyway did 2 miles at 4.6 pace on the dreadmill I did stop .5 once I was just to hot. But I got 2 miles in.

Oh, nothing like sore muscles, at least you know you are working them! You deserve a good sleep in tomorrow. Good job beating the treadmill block and getting your run in.

WELCOME TO THE BLOG! I love having sore muscles, it makes me feel like I've really done something. I call it a "good hurt" and my husband thinks I'm crazy! Good job on the treadmill!

Way to get the miles in, despite the soreness. Even if it is less fun on the treadmill, at least you were able to run. Keep it up!
