(boo hoo)But I told him I would run without him tonight . Well I did it this is the first time ever running 3 days in a row I ran 2.13 miles at a 11.43pace I felt pretty good after I got started it was a little colder tonight my hands are still cold while typing but it was a great run.

Great job! It is hard to run very far alone. and congrats on the 3 days in a row. You are making some awesome progress!!! 2008 is going to bring a lot of PRs for you.

What my wife forgot to mention is she started the run after 7pm at 12 degrees with a little bit of wind. I'm proud of her and she's doing very well.

Way to go! It's always difficult to run by yourself. You are becoming a real runner, what with all the running in the cold and dark. Keep up the good work.
